Introduction to a zero-emission Organic Chemistry Experiment with Column Chromatographic Separation of Methylene Blue and Methyl Orange

以层析用中性氧化铝为吸附剂,95%乙醇、蒸馏水为洗脱剂,分离亚甲基蓝和甲基橙,实验用时约15 min。实验结束后,所用试剂除蒸馏水外均可回收重复使用。

Neutral alumina is used as adsorbent in Column Chromatography, 95 % ethanol and distilled water are used as eluent to separate methylene blue and methyl orange. The experiment took about 15 min. After the experiment, all the reagents except distilled water can be recycled.
