摘要
《生物活性物质研究》是广东海洋大学食品科学与工程专业的硕士研究生双语课程,该课程基于天然药物化学和药理学,着重讲授生物活性物质研究的基本理论、现代研究方法和前沿进展,旨在提高学生的专业知识水平与英语学术交流能力。本文介绍了该课程在教学资源组织、教学模式和考核方式方面所做的一些探索,为提高相关课程的教学质量和教学效果提供参考。
Bioactive Substances Research is a postgraduate bilingual course for the master students in major of food science and engineering of Guangdong Ocean University. This course is based on natural pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology, focusing on the basic theory, modern research methods, as well as frontiers and advances of bioactive substances research. It aims at promoting the students＇ level of specialized knowledge and ability of academic communication with English. In this paper, the authors introduced their explorations in the educational resource organization, teaching modes, and ways of evaluation for this course to provide suggestions for improving the teaching quality and effects of related courses.
