摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法探究阴干、晒干和烘干3种不同的干燥方法对甜藤茎中3种成分含量的影响,为甜藤的加工保存提供理论依据。研究结果显示:干燥方法不同,成分含量不同。阴干是保存甜藤成分高含量的合理方法。阴干、烘干和晒干甜藤茎中的黄酮含量分别是0.914%,0.752%,0.716%;氨基酸含量分别是10.131%,9.161%,9.574%;维生素C含量分别是1.432%,1.341%,0.5314%。
Using UV-visible spectrophotometry to determine the content of vitamin C,flavonoids,amino acids in Paederia scandens(Lour.)Meer.stem and the influence of three different drying methods of drying in the shade,ovendrying,drying in the sun.The results show that the drying method is different,the content of component is different.Drying in the shade is a reasonable method of preserving the high content of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Meer.components.The content of flavonoids is 0.914%,0.752%,0.716%,the content of amino acids is 10.131%,9.161%,9.574%,the content of vitamin C is 1.432%,1.341%,0.5314% respectively in Paederia scandens(Lour.)Meer.stem of drying in the shade,ovendrying and drying in the sun.
