摘要
高特异性、高灵敏度以及宽线性范围的显著优点使得化学发光免疫分析逐渐在食品原料安全检测领域受到广泛应用,尤其是在一些日常需求较多的调味食品原料的安全检测中受到强烈的关注。介绍了化学发光免疫分析方法的分类以及各方法的基本原理,概述了其在药物残留、病原微生物、违禁添加物和生物毒素等调味食品原料生产安全检测领域中的应用,并对化学发光免疫分析法在调味食品原料安全检测中的发展趋势进行了展望。
As chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)appears the benefits of high specificity and sensitivity,as well as wide linear range,it is often used in food ingredients safety detection,especially in the safety detection of some daily seasoning food ingredients,it has received enormous attention.In this paper,the classification and fundamental principle of the chemiluminescence immunoassay is introduced.And the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay in food safety detection of seasoning food ingredients,such as the drug residues,biological toxins,prohibited addictives and pathogenic microorganisms,are also reviewed.Furthermore,the development trend of the chemiluminescence immunoassay in the safety detection of seasoning food ingredients is prospected.
