制度环境影响下的乡村自建住宅空间演化--以重庆市城郊型乡村为例

Spatial Evolution of Rural Self-Built Houses under the Influence of Institutional Environment A Case Study on Suburban Villages of Chongqing

基于重庆市城郊型乡村自建住宅的入户调研,分析建国至今3个阶段内影响乡村自建住宅的制度环境变迁及相应的住宅空间演化过程,进而归纳出主要演化特征与趋势,揭示推动空间演化的影响因素,最终得出宏观、中观、微观因素交互作用的驱动机制,以求结合制度环境、地域载体、村户需求营造最适于村户生产生活的住宅空间。

Based on the household investigation in suburban villages of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the change of institutional environment with impact on rural self-built houses and housing spatial evolution in three stages as a result since the establishment of the PRC. It summarizes the evolutionary characteristics and trends of the rural self-built houses, and reveals the influential factors promoting spatial evolution. It ends with the driving mechanism of interaction of factors on macro, medium and micro levels, aiming to create optimal housing space for rural production and living according to the institutional environment, regional carriers and demands of rural households.
