高校旧厂房改造中非常规结构空间的再生研究 被引量:1

摘要 高校的不断扩招及多元发展使得校园内尤其是老校区空间明显不足。通过对校园内闲置的旧厂房进行改扩建来缓解压力是目前许多高校采取的有效措施之一。多数旧厂房的核心区域因具有非常规的结构形式,空间开敞灵活,且能充分体现原场所的工业特性,改造中往往会被作为设计的核心加以利用。本文以高校旧厂房改造中的非常规结构空间为研究对象,通过对比分析优秀的改造实践,从功能置换、空间重构、生态利用这三方面归纳总结了此类空间的再生手法类型,探讨校园文化背景下工业建筑的再生方法。 The continuous enrollment and multiple development of colleges and universities make the space of the campus, especially the old school area, obviously insufficient. It is one of the effective measures to alleviate the pressure through the reconstruction and expansion of the old factory buildings on campus. The core area of most old factories is open and flexible because of its unconventional structure form, and can fully reflect the industrial characteristics of the original place. Therefore, the transformation of this area is the core of design. Taking the unconventional structure of space as the research object, through the comparative analysis of excellent practice, the paper summarizes the regeneration technique types from the functional transformation, reconstruction and ecological utilization, in order to explore the regeneration method of industrial building under the background of campus culture.
