重塑城市社区中“边角料空间”的策略研究——以郑州市建新社区为例

Research on the Strategy of Remodeling the“Waste Space”in Urban Communities——Take Zhengzhou Jianxin Community as an Example

随着经济社会的迅速发展,人们对居住品质的要求也越来越高,老社区的功能设施已经无法满足人们的居住需求;同时随着城市扩张,新建筑与老建筑之间的冲突也愈发严重。文章以郑州市建新社区为例,从＂边角料空间＂出发,通过＂交通盒＂植入的微手术,活化现有老社区,减少社区＂边角料空间＂的浪费,重塑社区形象。

With the economy and society developing rapidly, people＇s demand for living quality is becoming more higher, and the functional facilities of the old community can＇t meet the living needs of the people. At the same time, with the expansion of the city, the conflict between the new building and the old building is becoming more and more serious. This paper takes Jianxin community of Zhengzhou as an example, starting from the＂waste space＂and through the microsurgery of＂traffic box＂implantation, to activate the existing old community, which will reduce the waste of community＂waste space＂, and rebuild it＇s image.
