摘要
本文研究了混凝土砂石含泥量(含泥含粉量)多少对生产中混凝土性能与质量的影响,抗泥粉外加剂对其的改善作用。结果表明,含泥石粉的提高,需通过增加减水剂的掺量来改善混凝土流动性,且添加幅度较大,但比普通混凝土的保水性好,粘聚性强,泌水少。1h后坍落度,随着含泥石粉的提高,坍落度的保留值越来越小。抗泥外加剂中大幅增加外加剂中的保坍组份,提高含固量,但不改变减水率,可以降低因含泥石粉提高而引起的外加剂掺量提升的幅度,并控制坍落度损失。
This paper studies the effect of the amount of concrete gravel( mud containing powder) on the performance and quality of concrete in production,and the effect of antifouling additives on its improvement. The results showed that with the increase of mudstone powder,the fluidity of the concrete needs to be improved by adding the amount of water reducer,and the addition range is larger,but it is better than the ordinary concrete water retention,cohesiveness,and less bleeding. After 1 hour slump,with the increase of mud powder,slump retention value is getting smaller and smaller. In the anti-soil admixture,the amount of adhering agent in the admixture is greatly increased,and the solid content is increased,but the rate of water reduction is not changed,and the advancing amount of the admixture caused by the increase of the mud-containing powder can be reduced,and the fall can be controlled.
