10年间,伴随汶川地震而生的草根NGO几经沉浮。在经历了一段短暂的野蛮生长后,它们一度归于沉寂,后又借政策东风以及雅安地震带来的历练再度焕发活力4月末的一个雨后清晨,王潇穿过白水河老街,沿着彭白公路去往500米外设于居委会的办公室。这片老街仍停留在10年前地震发生时的那一刻—这里距汶川直线距离只有30公里,残垣断壁,一片荒芜。
In the past 10 years, the NGOs established with the Wenchuan Earthquake once fell silent, after a short period of brutal growth,and later revitalized through undergoing Ya’an earthquake and taking advantages of the preferential policies.
