摘要 文章从经济结构、经济发展效益、经济运行质量三个准则层海选绿色经济的评价指标,经过灰色关联分析和秩相关对绿色经济评价指标客观数据的双重筛选后,构建了符合绿色经济发展理念的指标体系。一是通过灰色关联分析,计算出每个母序列的关联度,然后删除与母序列关联度小于关联度均值的绿色经济评价指标,保留与母序列关联度大于关联度均值的绿色经济评价指标,保证了筛选出的绿色经济指标能够最大程度的替代原始指标的信息含量。二是通过秩相关分析删除秩相关系数大于0.9中灰关联度较小的一个指标,保证了筛选出的绿色经济评价指标既避免了指标之间可能存在信息共线性的问题,又最大程度的保留了原始指标的信息含量。三是主成分-信息熵的信息含量测算表明:最终构建的绿色经济评价指标体系用34%的指标反映了95%的绿色经济信息量。 This paper obtains the evaluation index of green economy by enormous selection according to the three criteria such as economic structure, economic development benefits and economic operation quality, and establishes an indicator system that conforms to the concept of green economy development after double variable screening of grey correlation analysis and rank correlation evaluation of green economic indicators of objective data. Firstly, Through gray correlation analysis, the paper calculates the correlation degree of each parent sequence, and then deletes the green economic evaluation index of the mother sequence correlation which is less than the average, retains the green economic evaluation index of the mother sequence correlation greater than the mean correlation degree, so as to ensure that the information content of green economic indicators can replace the maximum of the original index. Secondly, the paper uses rank correlation analysis to remove an index with a small grey correlation degree in the case of rank correlation coefficient greater than 0.9, so as to ensure that the selected green economy evaluation index not only avoids possible information co-linearity between the indicators, but also retains the information content of the original index to the greatest extent. Thirdly,calculation of the information content of principal component-information entropy shows that the final construction of the green economic evaluation index system uses 34% of indicators to reflect 95% of the amount of green economic information.
