作为一种新兴的分析技术,液滴微流控在生物分析研究方面具有诸多优势。因此,开展液滴微流控技术及其生物分析应用相关的研究工作,受到研究者广泛的关注。本文重点对微流控中液滴的操控技术,以及液滴微流控生物分析应用进展进行总结和评述。

As newly emerging analytical technique,droplet-based microfluidics possesses many advantages in the applications of biosensing.The studys on the droplet-based microfluidics and the bioanalytical applications have attracted much attention.In this article,the droplet manipulaitons in microfluidics and the applications of droplet-based microfluidics in bioanalysis were reviewed.
