摘要
脱落酸(ABA)作为逆境信号,在植物抗逆特别是抗旱过程中起关键作用。苔藓植物是最早登陆的高等植物,探究其ABA的作用机理对于理解陆生植物的进化具有重要意义。本文主要描述ABA在苔藓植物中的功能和作用,并以小立碗藓(Physcomitrella patens)为例,总结了ABA合成和信号转导途径的研究进展,丰富了对ABA在早期陆生植物生存与进化过程中作用的认识。
Abscisic acid(ABA) is a plant hormone that regulates plant growth and development such as seed dormancy and floral induction, and is involved in abiotic stress responses such as drought stress. In the past decades, the synthesis, transport, signal transduction and possible mechanism by which ABA interacts have been clearly studied in vascular plants. Bryophytes, the first landing non-vascular plant group, encounter dehydrated environment and may have been involved in ABA regulatory network. However, the research is relatively weak. The aim of this review was to analyze, summarize and evolve the recent findings on ABA in bryophytes, especially from the model moss Physcomitrella patens. Furthermore, the prospect of future research, especially the molecular mechanism research by comparative and functional genomic approaches, is also put forward. This review could extend our understanding of the evolution of ABA.
