本土化语境下的成人教育理论创新研究

On the Innovation of Adult Education Theory Under the Context of Indigenization

目前我国成人教育理论本土化发展中存在学习欧美成人教育理论多、继承中国传统成人教育智慧少、总结中国现代成人教育经验少、借用欧美成人教育话语多等问题。我们应坚持本土化创新,做好借鉴创新、继承创新、融合创新和自主创新等工作,实现中国成人教育理论的发展和繁荣。

At present, there are some problems in the theory innovation of Chinese aduh education, such as the more studies of adult education theory of Europen and American, the less inheritances of Chinese traditional wisdom of adult education, the less sum- maries of Chinese contemporary experience of adult education, and the more uses of adult education discourse of Europen and American. In order to improve the development of adult education theory, we should adhere to indigenization innovation, complete the reference innovation, the inheritance innovation, the integration innovation and the independent innovation.
