On the Features of the Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

党的十九大报告提出,中国特色社会主义进入"新时代"。根据唯物史观的基本原理,"新时代"这一论断立足于我国社会主义初级阶段生产力与生产关系矛盾运动的当代表现,进而是政治经济学的重要考察内容。因此,面向新时代,加强中国特色社会主义政治经济学的整体性研究尤其是特征问题研究对于深入认识和把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想具有重要的意义。基于上述思考,本文梳理了面向新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学的六个方面,即中国特色社会主义政治经济学本质观、所有制结构观、分配观、发展观、市场观、全球观,以期推动这一议题不断深化。

The political report of the CPC Nineteen National Congress put forward that social- ism with Chinese characteristics has entered ＂a new era＂. The ＂new era＂ is a contemporary mani- festation of the movement of the contradiction between productive forces and production relations at the primary stage of socialism in China, and it is also an important investigation content of po- litical economics. Facing the new era, it is of great significance for us to understand and grasp Xi Jinping thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era so as to strengthen the study of the whole character of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially the study of its characteristics. This paper combs six aspects of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. That is. socialism with Chinese characteris- tics, including the essence of political economy, ownership structure, distribution, development, market and global view.
