The Analysis of the CPC's Political Integration to the Social Organizations——A Comprehensive Perspective Based on Ideas,Institutions and Actions

社会组织的迅速崛起在推动我国社会进步的同时,也带来了很多问题。这些问题既侵蚀了党的执政地位,也阻碍了社会组织领域自身的健康发展。无论是出于充分发挥社会组织服务功能的考虑,还是出于巩固党的执政地位考虑,加强党对社会组织的政治整合都非常必要。党对社会组织的政治整合包括观念整合、机构整合和行动整合等三种基本形式。以党建为主要内容的机构整合一直是党整合社会组织的主要形式,既取得了重要成就,也存在诸多缺憾。为进一步提升党对社会组织的整合效果,须同时采用上述三种整合形式,缺一不可。

The rapid rise of social organizations has brought many problems while promoting the social progress of our country. These problems not only corrode the ruling status of the CPC, but also hindered the healthy development of the social organization. It is very necessary to strengthen the CPC＇s political integration to social organizations in order to give full play to the consideration of the functions of social organizations or to consolidate the CPC＇s ruling status. The political integration of the CPC to the social organization includes three basic forms, such as the integration of ideas, the integration of institutions and the integration of action. The integra- tion of the organization with the party construction as the main content has always been the main form of the party＇s integration of the social organization, which has although achieved important achievements, but has many shortcomings. In order to further enhance the CPC＇s integration effect on social organizations, the three forms of integration must be adopted at the same time.
