高校思想政治教育始终面临一个改革创新问题。围绕着培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这一教育的根本使命,需要将思想政治教育工作贯穿到教育教学的全过程,需要真正全面、有效地推进思想政治教育。如何才能加强思想政治教育的亲和力和有效性?如何才能完善思想政治教育的内容设计及其实现方式?如何才能达成思想政治教育的系统性和基础性?只有进一步突出和强化思想政治教育的文化内涵,使文化思想资源融入具体的教学环节之中,发挥各种文化载体的效力,才能真正做到"以文化人"而实现全方位育人。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is always facing a re- form and innovation problem. Around the basic mission of training what kind of people, how to train people and to cultivate people, we need to carry out the ideological and political education through the whole process of education and teaching. How can we strengthen the affinity and ef- fectiveness of ideological and political education？ How can we improve the content design and im- plementation of ideological and political education？ How can we achieve the systematic and foun- dational nature of ideological and political education？ This article confirms that only by further emphasizing and strengthening the cultural connotation of ideological and political education and integrating the cultural and ideological resources into the concrete teaching link, can the all-round education be realized.
