As a famous justice theorist of post-Rawls era, Iris Marion Young＇s theory of poverty is unique. Based on the perspective of responsibility, she puts forward the social connec- tion mode of poverty responsibility. It considers that poverty is caused by structural reasons. The responsibility of poverty is a political responsibility, and all who dwell within the structures must take responsibility for remedying poverty they cause. The anti-poverty lies in the responsibility of all responsibility subjects actively participating in the democratic process, building inclusive com- munication democracy and global democracy. Therefore, Iris Marion Young transfers the poverty theory from right into political responsibility under the background of the critical theory turning to political ethics discourse system. And she tries to construct a Liberal politics in which the re- sponsibility for poverty is shared and political, which not only deepens the theory of poverty, also provides a useful thinking direction for anti-poverty.
