摘要
探讨了再制造品不同服务模式对垄断生产商的影响,为制造/再制造企业制定生产决策提供帮助。基于再制造品销售困难的现状,对再制造品服务模式进行重新设计,通过与已有服务模式的对比,研究新服务模式对制造商生产决策的影响。结果表明,虽然新服务模式增加了售后成本,但当新服务模式使消费者对再制造品接受程度提高到一定水平时,再制造品需求量显著提高,制造商利润增加,碳排放减少,能达到政府与制造商的双赢。
Considering carbon limitations and different service modes of remanufactured products on monopoly manufacture, production decisions were provided to help enterprises make better profit. Based on difficulties of selling remanufactured products, the remanufacturing service mode was redesigned. Influence of the new service mode on manufacturerrs production decision and profit was studied by comparing with that of the existing service mode. The results show that despite the higher aftermarket cost,new service mode lead to an increased remanufacture demand and overall profit with less carbon emissions when the consumers - willingness-to-pay on remanufactured products is improved to a certain level. The new mode enables a win-win situation between the government and the manufacturer.
