摘要
针对目前更多强调项目组合管理的技术方法而忽视战略的现象,结合战略管理理论和项目组合理论,对项目型企业的战略导向对项目组合成功的影响进行实证研究。研究结果表明,企业的技术导向和市场导向均对项目组合成功有正向影响,项目组合管理的组合构建和组合控制维度不仅直接影响项目组合成功,而且在战略导向与项目组合成功的关系中发挥了中介效应。研究结论为项目型企业从战略层面指导项目组合成功实施提供了理论依据。
Project portfolios are pervasive in project-oriented companies (POC). While many researchers have emphasized the technical aspects of project portfolio, little work has been done in investigation the relationship between POCs' strategy and project portfolio. Research on strategic management and portfolio theory was drawn on to examine the relationship of strategic orientation, project portfolio management (PPM) and project portfolio success. The result of empirical study suggests that both market orientation and technology orientation positively influence project portfolio success; the portfolio structuring dimension and portfolio steering dimension of PPM not only promote portfolio success directly, but also play a mediating role between strategic orientation and project portfolio success. The conclusion provides a theoretical foundation for POCs to take a strategic approach to improve their project portfolio performance.
