260例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者中医体质分型研究

Study on constitution classification of TCM for 260 nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients

目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者中医体质分型特点,研究中医体质与NAFLD发病的关系。方法:对江苏扬州地区苏北人民医院就诊的260例NAFLD患者采用中医体质九分法进行体质分型。结果:NAFLD患者8种偏颇体质中,痰湿质得分最高,其次是气虚质、湿热质,得分最低的是特禀质。结论:对NAFLD患者进行中医体质辨识,发现其以病理性体质为主,通过体质分型来改善患者生活习惯、饮食嗜好,调整体质情况,更好地预防及治疗NAFLD,最终达到治未病的效果。

Objective：To discuss the characteristics constitution classification of TCM for NAFLD patients,and study the relationship between constitution of TCM and Pothogenesis of NAFLD.Methods：260 NAFLD paitiens in Subei People Hospital of Yang Zhou District was proceeded adopting by standardization of TCM constitutions nines scales. Results：The scores of NAFLD patients with eight kinds of biased constitution,the highest score of biased constitution was phlegm dampness,the second and third higher score were vital energy deficiency constitution and dampheat constitution.The least score was special constitution.Conclusion：By identifing the TCM constitution of NAFLD paitiets,most people were pathological constitutions.In order to treat disease before it arises,we can change habit,diet hobby and adjust the physical condition.
