耳穴贴压配合针刺治疗小儿抽动症60例

Auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupuncture in the treatment of 60 children with Tourette's disease

目的:观察耳穴贴压配合针刺疗法治疗小儿抽动症的临床疗效。方法:耳穴贴压配合针刺穴位治疗小儿抽动症,耳穴贴压取穴:内分泌、皮质下、脑干、肝、脾、抽灵、神门并随症加减,针刺取穴为肝俞、肾俞、脾俞、足三里、内关、百会,加抽动明显部位穴位。结果:临床治愈39例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.7%。结论:耳穴贴压配合针刺疗法治疗小儿抽动症效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of auricular-plaster therapy with acupuncture therapy in treating Children for tics. Methods： Auricular-plaster therapy with acupuncture treatment of children for tics auricular-plaster therapy acupoint selection for Neifenmi,Pizhixia,Naogan,Gan,Pi,Chouling,Shenmen and with modification according to symptoms,acupoints for Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Zusanli,Neiguan,Baihui plus the acupoint in tic obvious parts. Results： 39 cases were cured,19 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion： Auricular-plaster therapy with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Children for tics effect is remarkable.
