穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎62例的临床体会

Clinical experience of point injection treatment of 62 cases of allergic rhinitis

目的:观察穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:应用醋酸曲安奈德注射液,通过穴位注射的方法,注射于迎香穴和足三里穴治疗过敏性鼻炎,对鄂州市中医医院于门诊和住院部就诊的62例过敏性鼻炎患者进行治疗前后疗效临床观察。结果:患者经2~3个疗程治疗后比较,症状有明显的改善,均取得满意效果。结论:穴位注射可有效治疗过敏性鼻炎,缩短病程,避免很多药物产生的副作用,此方法值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective： Observe the curative effect of point injection treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Application of triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection,by the method of point injection,injection in yingxiang point and treatment of allergic rhinitis,the foot three mile in the outpatient and the inpatient in ezhou,Chinese medicine hospital treatment of 62 patients with allergic rhinitis curative effect before and after the clinical observation. Results： Patients after treatment for 2-3 period of treatment,the symptoms have improved,has achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion： Acupoint injection can effectively treat allergic rhinitis,shorten the course of the disease patients,to avoid a lot of drug side effects,this method is worth further clinical research and extension.
