摘要
为研究方钢管混凝土T型节点的力学性能,建立了钢管混凝土以及空钢管T型节点的有限元模型,对支管受拉时的疲劳性能及支管受压时的静力性能进行了有限元对比分析,采用二次外推法给出了节点不同位置的应力集中系数,并采用非线性分析得出了支管受压时的极限承载力。结果表明:主管内填混凝土节点的最大热点应力出现在主管表面支主管交界的角隅处;空钢管节点的最大热点应力出现在靠近支主管焊缝的支管上;主管内填混凝土能够显著降低节点的应力集中程度;钢管混凝土T型节点在支管受压时的承载力要显著高于空钢管节点。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of concrete filled square steel tube (CFFST) T-joints, the finite element models of T joints of concrete filled steel tube and hollow steel tube were established to compare the stress concentrate factor (SCF) and ultimate capacity of the CFFST joints and hollow join. The SCF in at different locations of the joints was calculated based on the secondary extrapolation and the ultimate bearing capacity of the branch pipe is given by nonlinear analysis. The results shown that the maximum hot spot stress of the concrete filled joints locates at the chord surface near the brace comer, and the maximum hot spot stress of hollow joint appears on the branch pipe near the main pipe weld. The stress concentration of joints can be significantly reduced by filling concrete and the ultimate capacity of CFFST joints is higher than that of hollow joint.
