茯苓及其炮制品对小鼠急性肠炎的治疗效果研究

目的探究茯苓及其炮制品对小鼠急性肠炎疗效的影响。方法建立小鼠急性肠炎模型,并将30只BALB/C小鼠随机分为模型组、治疗A组、治疗B组,每组10只,连续7天分别给予蒸馏水、未炮制茯苓、炮制茯苓;观察第8天小鼠禁饮食后期排便次数及体重情况。结果相比于模型组,治疗组A、B的排便次数、体重(P<0.05),有统计学差异;相比于治疗组A,治疗组B的排便次数、体重(P<0.05),有统计学差异。结论茯苓具有治疗急性肠炎的作用,炮制后的茯苓其在治疗急性肠炎方面效果更为显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Poria cocos on the treatment of acute enteritis. Methods To establish a mouse model of acute enteritis, and 30 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into model group, treatment group A and treatment group B. Each group have 10 rats. Three group were given distilled water without processing Fuling, processing Fuling respectively for 7 days ; Observation of the number of defecation and body weight in the late eighth days of starving mice. Resu Its Compared with the model group, A treatment group, B stool frequency, weight P〈O.05,there were significant differences; compared with group A, the number of defecation, weight P〈O.05 treatment group B, there were significant differences. Cone I us i on Tuckahoe has the effect of treating acute enteritis, and the effect of tuckahoe is more significant in the treatment of acute enteritis.
