冶金风机故障诊断技术展望

摘要 冶金风机作为冶金企业的关键重控设备,对其故障进行准确地快速诊断、快速响应显得至关重要。对国内冶金企业风机故障诊断技术的发展阶段进行了回顾与总结,对每一个阶段的优缺点进行了评价,最后对风机故障诊断技术的发展方向和实现故障智能诊断在冶金企业真正落地的途径进行了展望。 Metallurgical fan plays the crucial part in metallurgical plants, and to give out a fast and correct diagnosis of fan failure is vital. This paper reviews and summarizes the developing stages of metallurgical fans' failure diagnosis, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages for each stage, and finally makes an expectation for the developing trend of failure diagnosis and the ways of realizing intelligent diagnosis for metallurgical fans.
