摘要
通过对水钢100t转炉炼钢过程中啧溅产生的原因及影响因素进行分析,结合炼钢厂科学炼钢攻关,从过程操作、热平衡、炉型控制等三个方面进行优化,切实有效地减少了低铁水比条件下的转炉喷溅,降低了钢铁料消耗,保证生产的稳定顺行。
By analyzing reasons and factors to cause slopping in 100 t converter steelmaking process in Shuigang, with technical breakthrough in scientific steelmaking in our plant, we optimized process operation, thermal equilibrium, furnace lines, etc., effectively suppresses slopping in 100 t converter steelmaking process in the case of low hot metal ratio, decreasing metal consumption and stabilizing production.
