倾斜排料口双四连杆驱动的炉顶料流调节阀的设计探讨 被引量:1

摘要 料罐下方的料流调节阀是炉顸装料设备中调节排料速度或排料持续时问的唯一手段,起着使炉顶布料器驱动溜槽向高炉内的布料趋于均匀、合理的作用。介绍了一种为了改造老式并罐高炉炉顶的倾斜排料口双四连杆驱动的炉顶料流调节阀,用于BCQS型高炉炉顶装料设备,主要介绍了工艺流程、设计特点、技术参数;从结构设计、受力分析和加工误差的补偿方面,论证了本设计的料流调节阀是可以在较低的用户相关设备改造量下满足设备使用要求。 The material flow control valve below the material hopper is the only means of adjusting the discharge speed or discharge duration in the top charging equipment, and acts as a uniform and reasonable function for the material discharged into the blast furnacevia the chute to driven by chute drive unlt[1]. This paper introduces a kind of material flow regulating valves driven by dual four-bar linkage with inclined discharging outlet which is used to renovate the old-fashioned top charging equipment for blast furnace. It is used for BCQS type blast furnace top charging equipment. This paper mainly introduces the process flow, design features and technical parameters. From the aspects of structural design, force analysis and compensation of machining errors, it was demonstrated that the material flow control valve of the this design can meet the requirements for use at a lower user-related equipment modification.
