成都市某区医疗机构医院感染和消毒管理现状调查

Survey on current situation of hospital infection and disinfection management in medical institutions in a district of Chengdu

目的了解成都某区医疗机构医院感染及消毒管理现状,为制定医疗机构感染及消毒管理对策提供依据。方法结合现场调查法和问卷调查,对某区设有住院床位的全部医疗机构医院感染和消毒管理进行调查,内容包括医疗机构基本情况、组织制度建设、设施配置和医疗废水处理情况等。结果 38家医疗机构中26.4%的单位医院感染管理组织不健全,44.8%的单位管理制度不完善,65.8%的单位没有配有专职管理人员;全部单位配置洗手消毒设施和空气消毒设施,14家设有口腔科的单位消毒设施配置不齐全,供应室消毒设施齐全率75.0%;内镜室消毒管理规范率60.0%,感染监测网络健全单位较少,占42.1%;全部单位设有专用化粪池和医疗废水监测,一级消毒处理率仅为21.0%。结论医疗机构应健全医院感染管理组织、完善管理制度、配齐专职管理人员,配置所需的消毒设施,建立长效监管机制,降低医院感染的发生。

Objective To understand the current status of hospital infection and disinfection management in medical institutions in a district of Chengdu,and provide basis for formulating management measures for infection and disinfection in medical institutions. Method Combining the on-site investigation method and questionnaire survey,the investigation of hospital infection and disinfection management in all medical institutions with in-patient beds in a certain area was conducted. The contents included the basic situation of medical institutions,organization and system construction,facility configuration,and medical wastewater treatment situation. Results Among the 38 medical institutions,26. 4% of hospital infection management organizations were not sound,44. 8% of management systems were not perfect,65. 8% of the units were not equipped with full-time management staff,all units were equipped with hand sanitizing facilities and air disinfection facilities,and 14 disinfection facilities with dental units were not fully configured. 75. 0% supply facilities disinfection facilities were complete. The disinfection management standard rate of endoscopic room was 60. 0%,and 42. 1% of infection-detecting network-sounding units were less. All had dedicated septic tank and medical wastewater monitoring,with a primary disinfection rate of only 21. 0%. Conclusion The medical institutions should complete the sense management organization,improve the management system,set up a post of full-time management personnel,configure the necessary disinfection facilities,establish a long-term monitoring mechanism,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
