强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直人工全髋关节置换术的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析强直性脊柱炎髋关节强直人工全髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法在收治的所有强直性脊柱炎患者中随机抽取40例(66髋)作为分析对象,给予人工全髋关节置换术对所有患者进行治疗,观察分析治疗前后患者的髋关节功能改善的效果。结果患者经人工全髋关节置换术治疗后,有起到改善髋关节功能的效果,与治疗前髋功能评分对比,发现差异较大,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对强直性脊柱炎患者的手术治疗中,采用人工全髋关节置换术可以有效改善患者髋关节功能,是个优良的治疗方案。
