A Study on Management of Network Anchor Crime

网络直播经济新业态下,政府监管不足、企业主体责任落实不到位、网络主播片面追求短期经济效益等问题的存在,为网络主播犯罪提供了可能。网络主播犯罪具有巨大的社会危害性和强大的破坏功能,只有从法律规范、行业监督、主播管理等多方面入手,维护网络秩序,完善主播犯罪治理,才能净化网络空间,创造和谐有序的网络环境。

Under the new forms of webcast economy,there are possibilities of emergence of network anchor crimes for inadequate government supervision,unclear enterprise ＇s main body responsibility,one-sided pursuit of short-term economic benefit by network anchors. Network anchor crimes are harmful and destructive,so we shall maintain the order of network and improve the management of anchor crimes in order to purify the network space and create a harmonious and orderly network environment from the aspects of legal norms,industry supervision and anchors management.
