建筑垃圾资源化利用事关城市生态环境的协调发展,我国建筑垃圾的综合利用已刻不容缓。介绍了国内外建筑垃圾资源化利用发展现状及趋势,指出了我国建筑垃圾资源化利用存在的困境,提出建筑废弃物的资源化利用既需要积极的企业行为和市场运作,又需要政府部门管理的协调统一,健全管理体制,对市场和政府行为形成良好的制度约束。

Construction waste resource utilization is a matter of coordinated development of urban ecological environment,the comprehensive utilization of construction waste in our country are imperative. The status quo and trend of resource utilization of construction waste at home and abroad are introduced,the plight of the construction waste resource utilization in our country are pointed out. It is pointed out that the resource utilization of construction waste requires not only the active enterprise behavior and market operation,but also the coordination and unification of the management of government departments. We will improve the management system and form good institutional constraints on market and government actions.
