浅谈袜子纤维含量的定性鉴别与定量化学分析

Discussion on the Qualitative and Quantitative Chemical Analysis of Socks Fiber Content

纤维含量检测作为袜子内在质量检测的重要指标之一,能够快速、准确的检测出袜子的纤维成分及含量。本文以袜子中常见的棉、氨纶(聚氨酯弹性纤维)、涤纶(聚酯纤维)三种纤维为例,首先通过显微镜法、溶解法鉴别纤维成分,再通过不同溶剂分别溶解不同的纤维,从而算出被溶解纤维的质量分数。

Fiber content detection is one of the important indexes for the inner quality of socks. It can detect the fiber composition and content of socks quickly and accurately. This paper takes the example of the cotton,spandex and polyester fibers in socks. First of all,the fiber components were identified by means of microscopy and dissolution,and the mass fraction of the dissolved fiber is calculated by dissolving different fibers with different solvents.
