摘要
本文按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》校准规范,通过建立数学模型,给出了F_1等级砝码示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定方法,并且具体分析不确定度的来源,同时阐述了不确定度评定在砝码示值误差检测中的可靠性。
According to the calibration specification of JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,this paper gives the evaluation method of the uncertainty of the measurement result of the F1 grade weight indication error with a mathematic model,and analyzes its sources of the degree of certainty. Meanwhile,it describes the reliability of the uncertainty evaluation in the detection of weight indications.
