电生功能水对葡萄光合作用的影响

摘要 以"夏黑""金手指""红富士""比昂扣"等4个鲜食葡萄品种为试验对象,采用只喷酸性电生功能水(AEW)、先喷酸性电生功能水后喷碱性电生功能水(AEW/BEW)、先喷碱性电生功能水后喷酸性电生功能水(BEW/AEW)3种不同的处理方式,以只喷自来水(TW)为对照,研究了叶片在酸性环境中光合性能的变化,以期为电生功能水在植物中的应用提供参考依据,拓展其应用范围。结果表明:通过分析葡萄叶片光合响应生理参数,发现不同喷施方式对葡萄光合作用影响不相同。AEW处理后,4个葡萄品种的表观量子效率α和最大净光合速率Pmax均大于其它处理组,说明葡萄叶面对强光的利用效率得到提高;光饱和点(LSP)略低,说明AEW会降低叶面对强光的适应能力;光补偿点(LCP)要高于其它处理组,说明叶面对弱光的适应能力得到提高;暗呼吸速率Rd值略高,说明叶面的消耗提高。而AEW/BEW与TW处理后各生理参数相当,BEW/AEW处理后的生理参数低于其它处理组。试验表明,AEW处理不仅具有灭菌功效,也具有促进植物叶面光合作用的影响,BEW/AEW处理不能提高植物叶面的光合作用,AEW/BEW处理还会抑制叶面的光合作用。AEW处理提高植物叶面的光合作用效率的机理有待进一步研究。 Photosynthesis is an indispensable physiological activity of plant growth.There are many factors that affect the efficiency of photosynthesis.The changes of photosynthetic performance of plant leaves in acidic environment can be used to provide the theoretical basis for the application of electricity functional water,expand its scope of application.In this study,the electrolyzed water was used to sterilization the grape leaves,at the same time;it was found that the electricity function water also had the effect on the photosynthesis of the grapes.With ‘Summer black'‘Gold finger'‘Benni Fuji'‘Rosario Bianco'4 varieties as the object,comparison of four different processing methods:only spray acidic Electrolyzed functional water(AEW),after spraying acidic electrolyzed water,spray basicity electrolyzed water(AEW/BEW),spraying basicity electrolyzed water with acidic electrolyzed water(BEW/AEW),and sprinkling tap water.The results showed that,by analyzing the physiological parameters of photosynthetic responses of grape leaves,it was found that different spraying methods had different effects on photosynthesis of grape.Among them,four grape varieties by AEW treatment,apparent quantum efficiencyαand maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pmax)was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups,‘Gold Finger'apparent quantum efficiencyαwas nearly 100%higher,the maximum net photosynthetic rate increased by 20%,other varieties also have 5%-10%increased,it is indicated that AEW treatment could improve the efficiency of the grape to use low light and strong light.Compared with the control group,the light saturation point(LSP)of the AEW treatment group was slightly lower than that of the control group,the value of‘Benni Fuji'less than5%,while other species reduced less than 5%,which indicated that AEW could reduce the adaptability of leaves to strong light;light compensation point(LCP)was higher than that of other treatment groups,and the value was higher than 8%,and other species were higher than 5%,which indicated that AEW could improve the adaptability of leaves to low light.As for the dark respiration rate,the treatment group was slightly higher than that of the control group,the‘Summer black'was higher than 5%,the‘Golden finger'was higher than 20%,the‘Rosario Bianco'was higher than 25%,and the‘Benni Fuji'was higher than 35%.This indicated an increase in consumption.After treatment with BEW/AEW and TW,the physiological parameters were equivalent,and the physiological parameters after AEW/BEW treatment were lower than those of other treatments.It showed that AEW had not only the effect of sterilization,but also had the effect of promoting the photosynthesis of plant leaves.The other treatments could not improve the photosynthesis of plant leaves or even inhibit it by AEW/BEW treatment.The mechanism of AEW to improve the photosynthetic efficiency of plant leaves needs to be further studied.
