摘要
贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)是芽孢杆菌属的一个新种,在农业生产上有促进植物生长和抵御病原微生物作用,具有广谱抗菌活性,是开发生物药剂潜力较大的微生物。该研究从贝莱斯芽孢杆菌分离和命名、形态和生理生化特征、抗菌机理、分类地位方面进行阐述,旨在为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌研究提供参考。
Bacillus velezensis is a novel species which belongs to Bacillus.Bacillus velezensis strains can serve as plant-growth promoters and antagonists of plant pathogenic microorganism.They had high potential for development which was widely used in agriculture production because of broadspectrum antibiotic.The study described seperation and naming,phenotypic and biochemical characteristics,antibacterial mechanism,taxonomic status of Bacillus velezensis,which would provide a useful reference for Bacillus velezensis related studies.
