摘要 随着人们环保意识的逐步提高,用于木器清漆涂料的产品标准也越来越严格,安全环保无污染的水性涂料在木器清漆行业的应用逐渐成为趋势。本文主要以水性聚氨酯木器涂料展开研究,采用高强度、高比表面积的纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)和蓄光型发光材料(Sr Al2O4:Eu,Dy)对其进行改性,以求开发出以安全指示为目的的功能型涂层、综合性能更优的水性PU木器涂料,为扩大水性PU木器涂料的产业化应用提供必要的理论依据。 With the gradual improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the specifications of coatings applied in wood varnish coating products have become increasingly stringent,and the application of environmentally friendly,pollution-free water-based coatings in the wood varnish industry has gradually become a trend. This paper mainly focuses on waterborne polyurethane wood coating research,which was modified by cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)and luminescent materials(SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy)with high specific surface area to develop a functional coating based on safety instructions. A PU wood coating with better comprehensive performance was developed and the research behind it will provide the necessary theoretical basis for expanding the industrial application of waterborne PU wood coating.
