实木橱柜门开裂变形原因及解决措施探析

Discussion on the Causes of Cracking and Deformation of Solid Wood Cabinet Doors and Its Countermeasures

如今实木橱柜门的应用越来越广泛,由于实木柜门经常出现开裂变形等问题,严重影响了消费者的使用体验。笔者试从木材的性质、柜门制作的结构和工艺出发,分析其出现开裂、翘曲和变形等问题的原因,并提出相应的解决措施,以期能够减少实木柜门开裂变形,提高用户使用感。

As the common furniture parts,the solid wood cabinet door has been receiving more and more extensive applications now. However,solid cabinet wood doors are often affected by cracking and deformation problems,which are seriously affected consumer＇s experience. Based on the properties of wood and the structure and process of the cabinet,the causes of the problems such as cracking,warping and deformation were analyzed,and some corresponding measures were put forward.
