摘要 介绍了以虚拟仪器为基础的测试系统的开发方法,设计出了集传感器技术与数据采集技术于一体的虚拟仪器系统,搭建了离心泵多功能试验系统,利用设计的DAQ系统可以快速、准确地将采集到的管道内流体压力、流量和泵体振动等数据处理后在人机交互界面显示,并可以输出;通过该系统自动调节电动阀门开度,可以进行离心泵多种性能试验及干湿态动态性能试验。该测试系统具有友好、灵活的人机界面,可操作性强,可移植性好,测试自动化程度较高,可以实现数据的自动测量、信号的实时采集、记录和分析处理等功能,并以离心泵的串、并联试验为例进行了演示。 The paper introduced the development method of the testing system based on virtual instrument, and designed a kind of virtual instrument system integrating sensor technology and data acquisition technology. Then a multi-functional system testing the centrifugal pump was built. It used designed DAQ system to collect some data including fluid pressure and flow in pipeline as well as pump vibration quickly and accurately. After being processed, they displayed on the human-machine interface and output. Through the system, the opening of the electric valve was automatically adjusted, and a variety of centrifugal pump performance test as well as the dry and wet dynamic performance test were performed. The testing system was characterized by friendly and flexible man-machine interface, strong operability, good portability and high-degree automatic test. It realized auto,natic data measurement, real-time signal acquisition, recording, analysis and processing and other functions. The pump series and parallel test were demonstrated.
