摘要
介绍了一种应用在内蒙古中西部地区的铁精粉尾矿干排系统,阐述了该系统的设计思想,通过分流矿浆槽+旋流器模块、沉淀池+压滤机模块、变频脱水筛模块的设计,解决应用中的一些基本问题。以6 000 t/d尾矿的新型干排系统为例,评估了该尾矿干排系统的经济效果。
The paper introduced a dry tailings discharge system in iron concentrate production line used in the central and western area of Inner Mongolia, and narrated its design idea. The design of modules such as module of pulp-shunting tank and cyclone, module of settling tank and pressure filter, module of variable-frequency dehydrating screen solved basic problems in the process of operation. In addition, taking a 6 000 t/d tailings dry discharge system as the example, it assessed its economic benefit.
