大型行星减速器设计优化及其扭振分析

Optimization design and torsional vibration analysis on large-scale planetary reducer

摘要 针对大型辊压机的使用工况,设计了配套使用的大型行星减速器。以该行星减速器为研究对象,利用KISSsoft软件建立了减速器的齿轮接触分析模型,进行齿轮的修形设计,并得到优化后的减速器工作状态;最后建立了传动系统纯扭转振动分析模型,分析了传动部件的固有特性。研究结果对大型行星减速器的进一步设计提供了依据。 The large-scale planetary reducer for the large-scale roller press was designed against to the working condition of the large-scale roller press. The planetary reducer serving as the research target, K1SSsoft software was applied to establish the gear contact analysis model of the reducer, and the modification of tooth profile was conducted, and then the working state of the optimized reducer was obtained. At last, the purely-torsional vibration analysis model of the drive system was built up, and the inherent characters of the driving components were analyzed. The research results offered reference for further design of the large- scale planetary reducer.
