新型全合成水基润滑液轧制铝板表面白斑缺陷形成机理及现场应对措施

Formation Mechanism of White Spot Defect on the Aluminum Plate Surface Generated by a New Type of Fully Water-based Rolling Fluid During Rolling and On-site Countermeasures

摘要 文章通过现场观察和试验,针对全合成水基液在某国有铝加工企业生产易拉罐铝板时出现的白斑缺陷进行分析和确定,并推断该白斑缺陷的产生原因是全合成水基液在板面残留引起。通过改造冷轧机组和优化生产工艺的多次阶段性调试优化,最终发现加装喷射装置可基本消除铝板表面白斑缺陷的产生。 The white spot defect,formed on the aluminum plate surface of an easy-open can during rolling with fully water-based fluid in a state-owned aluminum processing enterprise,was analytically observed and experimentally demonstrated in this paper. It was found that the white spot defect was caused by the residual of fully water-based rolling fluid on the surface of rolled aluminum plate.Through the staged commissioning of improving the cold rolling mills and optimizing the production process,the installation of spraying devices was ultimately observed to eliminate white spot defect on the aluminum rolled-sheet.
