摘要
合成类航空润滑油热氧化安定性的优劣对于军用飞机的飞行安全至关重要,对于研究高温条件下润滑油氧化安定性的衰变情况意义重大。因而科学研究中常常需要对不同种类合成润滑油的氧化安定性进行对比评价分析。文章以标准试验SH/T 0560润滑油热安定性试验法与SH/T 0450合成油氧化腐蚀测定法为参考依据,提出了一种可行性较强的试验思路:即对合成烃及酯类合成航空润滑油进行预处理试验,先定性地测定出允许试验条件范围,然后根据此试验条件范围进行试验,再测算试验结束后油品的40℃黏度变化、酸值变化、沉积物含量和金属试片的重量变化,最后定量地对两种油品的热氧化安定性进行科学地评价,为此以928航空润滑油基础油PAO和DIOA作为应用实例,分析论证了此方法。
The quality of thermal oxidation stability of synthetic aviation lubricants is critical to the flight safety of military aircraft. It is of great significance to study the decay conditions of the oxidation stability of lubricants under high temperature conditions. Therefore,the comparative evaluation and analysis on the oxidation stability of different kinds of synthetic lubricants are needed in scientific research. In this paper,based on the SH/T 0560 Lubricating Oil Thermal Stability Test Method and the SH/T 0450 Synthetic Oil Oxidation Corrosion Test Method,a feasible experimental method is put forward: Firstly,synthetic hydrocarbons and ester aviation lubricants are pretreated to determine qualitatively the range of test conditions allowed. Then,the two oils are tested under the range. After the test,the changes of 40 ℃ viscosity,acid value,sediment content and the weight of the metal sheet are measured. Finally,the thermal oxidation stability of the two oils is quantitatively evaluated. 928 aviation lubricant base oils( include PAO and DIOA) are used as examples to analyze and demonstrate this method.
