摘要
冷弯薄壁型轻钢结构房屋以工业建筑化和绿色建造为宗旨,是一种节能环保的结构体系,由于造价高导致其市场推广存在一定难度。以四川某冷弯薄壁型轻钢结构房屋为例,考虑钢材的回收利用,通过工程量和费用构成与钢筋混凝土结构、砌体结构进行对比。研究显示除钢材费用,墙、柱面材料成本高是材料费偏高的重要因素,而墙、柱面工程中人工费则是缩短轻钢结构与传统结构差异的主要因素;现行的清单计价规范使轻钢结构机械费陡增,应予以修改。
With the tenet of industrial construction and green building,the cold-formed thin-wall light steel structure is a kind of energy saving and environmental structural system. Because of its high cost,the promotion has certain difficulty. Taking a cold-formed thin-wall light steel structure in Sichuan as an example,considering the recycling of steel,this paper compares with reinforced concrete structure and masonry structure through the analysis of the quantities and costs. Research shows,the high cost of wall and cylindrical material is the key factor to the high cost of materials beside steel,artificial cost is the main reason to narrow the gap between light steel structure and traditional structural. Current standards of detailed list valuation makes mechanical fee spurt,and should be modified.
