Survey on access to eugenics health knowledge of women planning pregnancy in Chongqing

目的:了解重庆市孕前育龄妇女优生知识获取途径,为开展针对性的孕前保健知识普及,改进管理工作提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法问卷调查。结果:调查对象获取孕前保健优生知识的主要途径是以医务人员为主的人际间面对面传播,其次是传统媒体,最后是各类网络媒体;专业网站的排位在希望获取优生知识的途径中上升迅速;文化程度高者更多希望通过新媒体获得知识。结论:加强优生健康知识的宣传教育,应针对不同人群、不同文化程度选择不同的方式,积极开发新媒体的宣传方式,同时街道/社区宣传员的作用不容忽视。

Objective： To understand the different on access to eugenics health knowledge between childbearing age women planning pregnancy and women nonplanning pregnancy in Chongqing, and to provide evidence for universal access to knowledge of preconception care, and for improving the transmission mode of health knowledge and management. Methods.. Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted and a self designed questionnaire was used for the survey. Results：The main way to access to eugenics knowledge of preconception was face to face communication firstly, then was traditional media, and the last was all kinds of network media. As for the desirable of accessing to eugenics health knowledge, the path through professional website had raised. And women with higher educational level would like to acquire eugenics knowledge through new media. Conclusion： To strengthen publicity and education of eugenics knowledge, different education model should be provided for matching different people and for people with different educational level. Publicity model by new media should be explored, and the role of propagandists at street or community level cannot be ignored.
