芬吗通和替勃龙治疗围绝经期综合征临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effectiveness of femestone and tibolone for treating of perimenopausal syndrome

目的:探讨芬吗通和替勃龙治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法:对2015年1月—2016年12月本院妇科就诊的需绝经激素补充治疗妇女378例,随机分为两组各189例,分别给予芬吗通或替勃龙治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组Kupperman评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),但两组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,卵泡刺激素、雌二醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与治疗前比较有改善(P<0.05),胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与治疗前比较无变化(P>0.05)。芬吗通组和替勃龙组在治疗期间均具有不规则阴道出血、子宫内膜增厚、胃肠道反应及乳房胀痛等不良反应(17.5%、23.8%),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芬吗通和替勃龙治疗围绝经期综合征患者,均可有效缓解更年期症状,不良反应发生率较低,安全性均较好。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of fenometone and tibolone for treating patients with perimeno pausal syndrome. Methods： 378 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who needed treated by hormone supplements in Luoyang first people ＇ s hospital of Henan province from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into fenoxetine group and tibolone group （189 cases in each group）, and the clinical effects of patients in the two groups of patients were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software. Results： The Kupperman scores of the patients in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, but there were no significant difference in Kupperman scores of patients between the two groups before or after treatment （P〉0.05）. There was significant better in levels of FSH, E and HDL-C2 of patients in the two groups after treatment for 6 months （P〈0.05）, but there were no significant difference in levels of cholesterol and low density lipoprotein of patients between before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. During the treatment, there were patients with side effect in both groups, such as irregular vaginal bleeding, endometrial thickening, gastrointestinal tract reaction, and breast tenderness, but there was no significant difference in rate of side effect between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： when femestone and 6- bolone are used for treating patients with perimenopausal syndrome, they can effectively relieve menopausal symptoms, and have low incidence of adverse reactions.
