子宫内膜息肉发病机制的研究进展

Research progress in pathogenesis mechanism of endometrial polyps

子宫内膜息肉是一种常见妇科良性疾病,临床上主要表现为不孕、异常子宫出血,可恶变,有术后易复发的特点,其治疗方法包括期待治疗、药物、手术等,近年来手术联合药物治疗成为热点关注问题。子宫内膜息肉的病因及发病机制尚不明确,其形成可能与雌孕激素受体失调、感染、炎症刺激、氧化应激、细胞因子表达异常及细胞增殖与凋亡失衡有关。本文对子宫内膜息肉的发病机制进行综述。

Endometrial polyps is one of the most common gynecological benign diseases, which can induce infertility and abnormal uterine bleeding, and have certain malignant transformation rate. After treatment, endometrial polyps also are easy to relapse. The treatment of endometrial polyps includes expect, drugs and surgery. In recent years, surgery combined with drug therapy has become a hot issue. While its etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, this disease maybe correlated with estrogen and progesterone receptor disorders, infection, inflammatory stimulation, oxidative stress, abnormal expression of eytokines and ceil proliferation and apoptosis imbalance in recent researches. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.
