摘要
在有机玻璃制作的模型流浆箱上,初步试验了在高定量(112克/米~2)低车速(50~150米/分)的造纸机上采用阶梯扩散锥形布浆器、倾斜底浆坑和下收敛式唇口流道组成的较新型布局流浆箱,证实了这种布局的可行性,确定了其适用比流量范围,并初步分析了该流浆箱的基本流体动力学特性。
The model headbox, made by the polymethyl mithacrylate and composed of the step diffuser distributor, slanting flowbox pond and lower inclined slice, was tested in the laboratory. The results of this experiments shown that this headbox is bettet than ordinary open headbox used on the fourdrinier for corrugating medium some hydroginamic characteristics of this model headbox was measured in this experiments and analysed in this paper.
