摘要
以碳纤维填充液体硅橡胶制备了导电硅橡胶。结果表明,碳纤维作为导电填料制备的硅橡胶具有密度低的特点。随着碳纤维用量的增加,产品的体积电阻率降低。采用不同长度组合的碳纤维制备的硅橡胶可以获得低的体积电阻率,同时具备较好的机械性能。
Electroconductive silicone rubber was prepared with silicone rubber filled by carbon fiber. The results show that the silicone rubber prepared by carbon fiber as electroconductive filler has the characteristics of low density. With the increasing of carbon fiber amount, the volume resistivity of products decreases. Carbon fibers composited with different length can achieve low volume resistivity and good mechanical properties.
