摘要
运用气相色谱质谱对高山薰衣草精油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,共鉴定出108种化合物,用气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定其各组分相对质量含量占总挥发油的99.240%,其中主要成分为乙酸芳樟酯(37.447%)、芳樟醇(33.808%)、樟脑(5.728%)、1,8-桉叶素(3.339%)、冰片(2.493%)、石竹烯(2.009%)等化合物。薰衣草精油具有抗菌、抗病毒、镇静、消炎、镇痛、疏风解热、祛湿解毒、镇静及镇痛等药理作用。高山薰衣草精油具有良好的药用价值。
The chemical constituents of alpine lavender oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spec trometry(GC-MS). The components were determined by GC and the relative contents were quantitatived with peak area normalization. The results showed that 108 kinds of compounds were identified, which accounted for 99. 240% of the alpine lavender oil. The main components were linalyl acetate (37. 447%), linalool (33. 808%), camphor (5. 728%), 1,8-cineole(3. 339%), borneol(2. 4930/00) , caryophyllene(2. 009%), etc. The literature shows that lav- ender oils have pharmacological effects such as antibacterial, antiviral, sedative, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, wind clearing, antipyretic, detoxification and sedation. Lavender oil has a great medicinal value.
