在线高校食堂的构建及校内外卖可行性分析 被引量:5

摘要 传统高校食堂在互联网浪潮的冲击下弊端日益凸显,主要体现在管理模式落后、信息反馈不及时等。与之相比,市场上的外卖平台便捷性与问题并存,问题包括相对高昂的食品价格和安全隐患等。基于餐饮现状分析、外卖行业分析及需求调研,构建一种创新的基于互联网的高校食堂运营模式是有必要的,作为一种可能模式,该平台可基于安卓系统,通过整合实用功能,搭建学生与高校后勤部门之间的桥梁,并创新引入学生间互助校内外卖,形成高校餐饮新潮流。 Under the impact of the Internet, the drawbacks of the traditional university canteen are becoming increasingly promi-nent, which are mainly because of the out-dated mode of management and the delayed information feedback. Compared with theuniversity canteen, convenience and problems coexist in the takeaway platforms in the commercial market. Problems include therelatively high price of food and some hidden dangers. Based on the current situation of students‘ catering, the analysis of the take-away industry and demand survey, it is necessary to build an innovative Internet-based mode for university canteen operation. As apossible model, the platform can be based on the Android system. The new online canteen can build a bridge between students andthe University Logistics Department through the integration of practical functions. With the introduction of students' mutual helpof food delivery, a new trend of university catering will be formed.
